Nikki Ball - UK Lifestyle & Weight Management Consultant

Nikki's background is in sport - a competitive swimmer who has competed at National level in speed swimming and at the highest level in synchro both at home and abroad. This led to a Diploma in Physical Education, but after working for many years as a children's nanny with a variety of different families, she developed a passionate interest in food and decided to study for a Nutrition Specialist Diploma, which combined with her expertise in PE enabled her to offer analysis and advice in nutrition and weight management to families and individuals as well as athletes. Nikki still swims competitively in the Masters category and is consistently in the top ten in the country for her age group. She has also recently competed in the World Pilot Gig Championships, rowing stroke oar. And she likes her food!
